Host family

Students of the English course in Newcastle, who stay in a host family, have single rooms and half board from Monday to Sunday. Families are about 20 minutes from school by public transport (bus or metro).

The school of English courses in Newcastle offers 15 weekly classes of 55 minutes for the preparation of the Cambridge exams.

Students can attend First (FCE), Advanced (CAE) and Proficiency (CPE) preparation classes. 10 of the classes follow a schedule related to the exams; the other 5 classes are dedicated to techniques for conducting exams in a more personalized way.

If they wish so, students can combine this course with 10 more general English classes.

All teachers are fully qualified and have teaching experience with foreign students. In the classes all the skills for the exam are worked and simulations of exams are carried out.
