Courses for teenagers – Cologne

In the city of Cologne one can find the traces of its long history. Its cathedral is the largest one in all Germany and it has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. In the city centre you can observe a set of twelve large Romanesque churches.

The Rhine garden and the old town are the meeting points, both for the people of Cologne and for tourists. The typical breweries are ideal to rest after walking through this city.

The students of the German Course in Cologne are accommodated in host families.

Thehost families are open-minded and enjoy the international atmosphere created in Cologne by students who come from all over the world. These families aren’t always the classic ones, as there could be families formed by single parents.
The fact that the participants live together with a family makes them fully integrated in German life.
Students stay in double rooms. We make sure that in case there is another student in the house, they do not share the same mother tongue; that way they can practice their German. Likewise, we guarantee that the family does not live more than 45 minutes (by public transport) from the school.
The family provides full board.

The German course in Cologne is taught by a team of highly qualified, exeprienced and dynamic teachers.
The teachers make sure that the students are very motivated by implementing a variety of atrractive and interesting didactic materials in class.
On the first day of class, students take a level test to be placed in the group corresponding to their level.

20 weekly lessons of German are taught in the morning hours, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. There are different levels (A1-C1) and the maximum number of students per class is 15, although there is 12 students on average.
