The city – Aughrim in Co. Wicklow
The city of Aughrim is located in the conjunction of several valleys in the county of Wicklow, one of the most beautiful in Ireland. Just 1 hour south of Dublin is this area ideal for walking and enjoying nature.
Getting to Aughrim: The most common is to land at Dublin airport thanks to cheap flights offered by Irish airlines such as Ryanair or Aerlingus.
Once there, our coordinator picks up the students and takes them to their respective families.

Program objective
The main objective of the end-of-course travel program is to improve the language by staying with a host family and carrying out various activities and scheduled excursions.
The high acceptance of this program is thanks to the great experience that the students live, which helps them to decide to participate in longer stay programs afterwards.
The student is incorporated into the daily routine of the family, being one of them and living a different culture at first hand.
This end-of-course travel program in Aughrim does not provide classes. The students live with a family and during the rest of the day they perform recreational activities and excursions.
Accommodation
Host family: The students are accommodated in shared rooms. There are two or three students per family.
These families have been interviewed and selected by our coordinator in England. Most of them have been working with us for several years and they are very trustworthy.
Full board is provided all along the stay.

Since students do not have to attend classes, the school organizes a wide range of cultural activities and excursions every day both in the mornings and in the evenings.
The social program can be adapted to the needs of the traveling group.
The number of activities may vary, therefore this schedule is only indicative and is subject to modifications that will be detailed once the destination is chosen.
