Cork, is located on the southern coast of Ireland and is the second most important city in Ireland and has 150,000 inhabitants. It has a great history and at the same time it is cosmopolitan and modern, with a great atmosphere, especially of young people due to the number of students that live in it.
Cork offers a great social and cultural life with its excellent restaurants and typical Irish pubs and cafes. Cork also has many facilities to practice sports such as golf, tennis, horse riding, etc.
This city offers the opportunity to enjoy Irish, its traditions and its hospitality while learning English.
Getting to Cork: Cork has its own airport , just 10 minutes by bus from the city. There are many budget airlines that fly from different parts of Spain, such as Ryanair, Aerlingus and Iberia.
From Cork airport you can reach the city center by bus and taxi.

Program´s objective

The main objective of the end-of-course travel program is to combine the study of a language with fun by combining classes with activities and scheduled excursions.

This, together with the stay in host family, makes the students improve their level of English while living a different culture at first hand.

The high acceptance of this program is thanks to the great experience that the students live, which helps them to decide to participate in longer stay programs afterwards.

Minimum of 15 students in groups.

Age: from 11 to 17 years old

 Accommodation

Host family: The students are accommodated in shared rooms.Los alumnos son acomodados en habitaciones compartidas. Hospedamos a dos o tres alumnos por familia. Intentamos que las familias estén situadas por la misma zona, los alumnos suelen tener que viajar en bus unos 35 minutos.

Estas familias han sido entrevistadas y seleccionadas por nuestro coordinador de Irlanda. La mayoría de ellas llevan trabajando con nosotros varios años y son de gran confianza. Incluye pensión completa durante toda la estancia.

Los colegios organizan diversas actividades culturales y excursiones con su programa social, que se puede adaptar a las necesidades del grupo que viaja.

Cork  incluye  3 actividades semanales por la tarde: Crawford Art Gallery, Walking Tour of Cork city & Fitzgeralds Park and Museum

Excursión de medio día a elegir entre: Blarney castle and Gardens, Cork city Gaol and Museum, Cobh Heritage centre/Museum – Titanic last stop.

Hay opción de hacer más actividades y excursiones por un coste extra. Solicita más info.

El horario de las Clases de inglés es de 9.00  13.00. Las actividades serán simpre al terminarlas.
